Chairman of Heart, Vascular and Lung Institute

Location: Pomona, NJ  |  Position Status: Full Time  |  Position Shift: Varies
This position leads the strategic, operational and developmental leadership of the Heart, Vascular and Lung Institute (HVLI). In this role, you'll work in partnership with the HVLI administrator and medical directors to support business development, research and analytics, and business planning for AtlantiCare's heart and vascular service lines across South Jersey.

This dyad leadership team will collaborate across all programs and divisions to enhance service delivery in a coordinated way to best serve our patients and community. You'll oversee departments and programs within the HVLI. Your team will also represent the HVLI on key committees, where you'll formulate strategies to improve healthcare delivery. HVLI services include cardiac surgery, 24/7 CT ICU, non-invasive, interventional, electrophysiology and heart failure.
