Community Grants Partnership Manager

Location: Atlantic City, NJ  |  Position Status: Full Time  |  Position Shift: Days
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of fundraising/relationship and project management/grant writing/marketing and communications experience are required with a proven record of success, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required.

POSITION SUMMARY
The grants partnership manager identifies and cultivates opportunities for collaboration and funding in support of AtlantiCare's strategic priorities. The GPM pursues and manages strategic partnerships, as well as funding and award prospects (individual, corporate, state, federal and private), whose visions align with that of AtlantiCare. The GPM oversees both relationship development with internal and external key contacts and actively manages funding/award prospect identification and application preparation procedures. The GPM works closely with program directors to develop applications and, when successfully awarded, ensures that funded activities and reporting requirements are actively met within the time frame allotted. The GPM serves as the organizational liaison to collaborative community partners and funding institutions. In addition to working with clinical and program department director, the GPM will also closely work with Finance to prepare the necessary budgets and fiscal reports and Marketing to promote and communicate AtlantiCare's externally funded programs and services. This position significantly contributes to the Foundation's overall fundraising strategy.

This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
