The Psychiatric Intervention Program (PIP) psychiatrist works a 7 on/7 off schedule. This position is for the night shift, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

As a psychiatrist for AtlantiCare's PIP, you'll work 12-hour shifts in a seven-day-on/seven-day-off "block" schedule, evaluating patients and determining disposition assisted by a team that includes social workers, nurses, technicians, peer counselors and consumer advocates who each contribute to patient care and disposition. We also have an ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency training program with award-winning residents who will work alongside you most nights.
In this role, you'll have access to a wide range of services to care for patients. ARMC has its own 34-bed adult psychiatric inpatient unit. AtlantiCare's comprehensive behavioral health services also include outpatient services, partial care and acute partial care, PACT teams, intensive outpatient programs, a substance use disorder bridge clinic, a comprehensive substance use disorder service line, child partial care and child outpatient services.
